Webinar TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) PT Indo Kordsa Tbk x CDC UI dilaksanakan melalui daring/online melalui platform Zoom Meeting pada hari Jumat, 26 November 2021 dari pukul 14.00 – 15.30 WIB. Kegiatan ini diperuntukkan khususnya bagi mahasiswa ataupun alumni Teknik UI, maupun mahasiswa atau alumni Teknik non-UI, serta mahasiswa atau alumni dari fakultas lain yang tertarik dengan topik mengenai TPM dan ingin mengetahui lebih lanjut megenai perusahaan PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. Tujuan webinar ini adalah agar mahasiswa mendapatkan informasi terkait perusahaan PT Ind Kordsa Tbk dan memahami mengenai topik TPM yang dibawakan. Kegiatan ini diikuti peserta dengan antusias sejak awal hingga akhir, dimana peserta yang mendaftar mencapai 117 orang. Kegiatan ini eksklusif diadakan dan hanya dapat diikuti melalui link Zoom acara.

PT Indo Kordsa Tbk x CDC UI TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) webinar is held online via the Zoom Meeting platform on Friday, November 26, 2021 from 14.00 – 15.30 WIB. This activity is especially for Engineering students or alumni, from UI or non-UI, as well as students or alumni from other faculties who are interested in the topic of TPM and want to know more about the company (PT Indo Kordsa Tbk). The purpose of this webinar is for students to get information related to the company (PT Indo Kordsa Tbk) and understand the topic of TPM that being presented. This activity was attended by participants enthusiastically from the beginning to the end, where 117 participants registered. This activity is exclusively held on Zoom.

Kegiatan Webinar TPM PT Indo Kordsa Tbk x CDC UI ini dibawakan oleh MC dari PT Indo Kordsa Tbk, yaitu Mbak Ariane serta diawali dengan pemberian sambutan serta pengenalan DPKHA dan media sosial DPKHA kepada peserta oleh Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH, selaku Kepala Career Development Center Universitas Indonesia (CDC UI).

The webinar was hosted by the MC from PT Indo Kordsa Tbk, namely Mbak Ariane and the event started with a speech and introduction of DPKHA and DPKHA social media to participants by Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH, as the Head of the University of Indonesia Career Development Center (CDC UI).

Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pengenalan PT Indo Kordsa Tbk yang dibawakan oleh Bapak R. Wahyu Yuniarto selaku Direktur dari PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. Selanjutnya, penyampaian materi oleh Bapak Ricky Ahmadi selaku Manager Lean Manufacturing dari PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. Setelah pemaparan disampaikan, kemudian dibuka sesi tanya jawab. Karena keterbatasan waktu, hanya dibuka 2 slot pertanyaan saja dari peserta untuk bertanya langsung dengan open mic untuk kemudian langsung dijawab oleh Bapak Ricky. Sebelum sesi berakhir, diadakan pula quiz dengan 4 pertanyaan dan setiap pertanyaan dapat dijawab oleh 1 orang peserta yang kemudian keempatnya akan mendapatkan hadiah langsung dari PT Indo Kordsa Tbk.

The activity continued with the introduction of PT Indo Kordsa Tbk which was brought by Mr. R. Wahyu Yuniarto as Director of PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. Furthermore, the presentation of the webinar’s main topic is brought by Mr. Ricky Ahmadi as Manager of Lean Manufacturing from PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. After the presentation was delivered, a question and answer session was opened. Due to time constraints, only 2 question slots were opened for participants to ask questions directly with an open mic and then Mr. Ricky answered immediately. Before the session ends, there was also a quiz with 4 questions and each question can be answered by 1 participant, then all four of them will get prizes directly from PT Indo Kordsa Tbk.

Kegiatan webinar ini dihadiri oleh 74 peserta yang terdiri atas mahasiswa dan alumni. Mahasiswa yang hadir mayoritas berasal dari freshgraduate dan alumni yang telah bekerja dari fakultas Teknik. Dengan penyampaian materi yang sangat informatif dari para pembicara membuat peserta tetap bertahan di room Zoom hingga acara selesai dan acara dapat berjalan lancar tanpa ada gangguan yang berarti.

This webinar was attended by 74 participants consisting of students and alumni. The majority of students who attended were fresh graduates and alumni who had worked, and they were from the Faculty of Engineering. With the amazing delivery of a very informative material from the speakers, participants stayed in the Zoom room until the event was over and the event could run smoothly without any significant disturbances.
