Webinar sosialisasi PMMB BUMN Batch 2 Tahun 2022 dilaksanakan melalui daring/online melalui platform Zoom Meeting pada Senin, 15 Agustus 2022 dari pukul 14.00 – 16.40 WIB. Kegiatan ini diperuntukkan khususnya bagi mahasiswa UI serta mahasiswa non-UI terutama bagi mereka yang sedang berada di semester 7 atau 5 yang butuh dan ingin mengikuti magang di BUMN melalui program PMMB. Tujuan webinar ini adalah agar mahasiswa mendapatkan informasi terkait PMMB BUMN Batch 2 Tahun 2022 secara langsung, sehingga informasi dapat tersampaikan dengan efektif. Kegiatan ini diikuti peserta dengan antusias sejak awal hingga akhir, dimana peserta yang mendaftar mencapai 545 mahasiswa.

Kegiatan sosialisasi ini disampaikan oleh Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH. selaku Kepala Career Development Center Universitas Indonesia. Prof Fika memaparkan terkait Kampus Merdeka, Merdeka Belajar, FHCI, serta PMMB BUMN.

Setelah pemaparan presentasi sosialisasi dari Prof. Fika, dilanjutkan dengan sharing session bersama dengan 4 mahasiswa peserta PMMB BUMN Batch 2 Tahun 2021 dan Batch 1 Tahun 2022. Sharing session diisi oleh Dennys (PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II), Eslim (PT Pertamina), Dwi (PT Pertamina), dan Bram (PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia). Keempat narasumber tersebut memberikan pengalaman mereka sejak awal mendaftar PMMB hingga saat ini mereka sedang menjalani tahap magang. Keempatnya juga membagikan tips kepada peserta yang ingin mengikuti program PMMB BUMN Batch 2 Tahun 2022. Setelah sharing, dibuka pula sesi tanya jawab bagi peserta yang ingin menanyakan seputar pengalaman PMMB keempat narasumber.

Sebelum acara ditutup, dilakukan presentasi mengenai teknis pendaftaran PMMB BUMN Batch 2 Tahun 2022 serta sesi tanya jawab dari pertanyaan yang sudah dikumpulkan melalui link Slido dan chatbox zoom. Presentasi ini disampaikan oleh mbak Muthia selaku PIC PMMB BUMN Batch 2 Tahun 2022 kepada peserta agar mereka mengetahui seluruh informasi terkait pendaftaran PMMB BUMN Batch 2 Tahun 2022.

Kegiatan webinar ini dihadiri oleh 700 lebih peserta yang terdiri atas mahasiswa dari UI dan non-UI. 346 peserta bergabung dalam room Zoom dan mahasiswa yang menyaksikan melalui Youtube Live DPKHA UI mencapai 360 lebih. Mahasiswa yang hadir mayoritas berasal dari semester 7, kemudian diikuti oleh semester 5 dan semester 8. Mayoritas mahasiswa yang hadir juga berasal dari Fakultas MIPA dan Fakultas Teknik. Dengan penyampaian materi yang sangat informatif dari para pembicara membuat peserta tetap bertahan di room Zoom hingga acara selesai dan acara dapat berjalan lancar tanpa ada gangguan yang berarti.

The socialization webinar for PMMB BUMN Batch 2 of 2022 was held online via the Zoom Meeting platform on Monday, August 15, 2022, from 14.00 – 16.40 WIB. This activity was intended especially for UI students and non-UI students, especially for those who are in semester 7 or 5 who wants to take part in internships at BUMN through the PMMB program. The purpose of this webinar was for students to directly obtain information related to PMMB BUMN Batch 2 Year 2022, so that information can be conveyed effectively. This activity was attended by participants enthusiastically from the beginning until the end, where participants who registered reached 545 students.
This socialization activity was delivered by Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH. as the Head of the Career Development Center of the University of Indonesia. Prof. Fika explained about the Independent Campus, Independent Study, FHCI, and PMMB BUMN.
After the presentation of the socialization from Prof. Fika, followed by a sharing session with 4 students participating in PMMB BUMN Batch 2 of 2021 and Batch 1 of 2022. The sharing session was delivered by Dennys (PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II), Eslim (PT Pertamina), Dwi (PT Pertamina), and Bram ( PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia). The four resource persons gave their experiences from the beginning of registering for PMMB until now they are undergoing the internship. The four of them also shared tips to participants who wanted to take part in the PMMB BUMN Batch 2 of 2022. After the sharing session, a question and answer session was also opened for participants who wanted to ask about the PMMB experiences from the four of them.
Before the event was closed, there was a presentation regarding the technical registration of PMMB BUMN Batch 2 of 2022 as well as a question and answer session from questions that had been collected via Slido and zoom chat box. This presentation was delivered by Ms. Muthia as PIC of PMMB BUMN Batch 2 of 2022 to participants so that they know all the informations related to registration of PMMB BUMN Batch 2 of 2022.
This webinar was attended by more than 700 participants consisting of students from UI and non-UI. 346 participants joined the Zoom room and students who watched via Youtube Live DPKHA UI reached more than 360. The majority of students who attended were from semester 7, then followed by semester 5 and semester 8. The majority of students who attended also came from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering. With the delivery of very informative material from the speakers, participants stayed in the Zoom room until the event was over and the event could run smoothly without any significant disturbances.
