Webinar Socialization of PMMB BUMN Batch 1 Year 2022

The socialization webinar for PMMB BUMN Batch 1 of 2022 was held online via the Zoom Meeting platform on Monday, January 17, 2022, from 14.00 – 16.50 WIB. This activity is intended especially for UI students and non-UI students, especially for those who are in semester 8 or 6 who want to take part in an internship at BUMN through the PMMB program. The purpose of this webinar is for students to get comprehensive information regarding PMMB BUMN Batch 1 of 2022 directly, so that information can be conveyed effectively. This activity was attended by participants enthusiastically from the beginning to the end, where participants who registered reached 554 students. Because Zoom’s capacity is only 500 people, so students who are late for Zoom join this activity through the DPKHA UI Youtube Live.
This socialization activity was delivered by Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH. as the Head of the Career Development Center at the University of Indonesia.
After the presentation of the socialization presentation from Prof. Fika, followed by a sharing session from 5 students who had participated in the previous batch of PMMB, batch 1 and batch 2 of 2021. The sharing session was done by Nouvna (PT Kimia Farma Batch 1 of 2021), Gezha and Ariel (Jasa Marga Batch 2 of 2021) ), Tazki (Jasa Tirta II Batch 1 of 2021), and Diozy (PT Pertamina Batch 2 of 2021). The five students gave their experiences from the beginning of registering for PMMB until now they are undergoing an internship or post-internship stage. The five of them also shared tips to participants who wanted to take part in the PMMB BUMN Batch 1 of 2022 program. After sharing session, a question and answer session was also opened for participants who wanted to ask about the PMMB experience of them.
After the sharing session of the five students participating in the previous batch of PMMB BUMN, a QnA session was held with the PIC of PMMB BUMN from CDC UI, Mbak Muthia. Students who still have questions are given the opportunity to ask their questions again through the chat zoom column, then immediately read out and discussed the answers.
Before the event was closed, there was a brief presentation regarding the introduction of DPKHA and CDC UI to participants so that they knew all the lines of information held by DPKHA and CDC for them to follow so that they did not miss the important information provided.
The majority of students who attended were from semester 6, followed by semester 8 and postgraduate students. With the delivery of very informative material from the speakers, participants stayed in the Zoom room until the event was over and the event could run smoothly without any significant disturbances.
