Webinar sosialisasi PMMB BUMN Batch 1 Tahun 2022 dilaksanakan melalui daring/online melalui platform Zoom Meeting pada Senin, 17 Januari 2022 dari pukul 14.00 – 16.50 WIB. Kegiatan ini diperuntukkan khususnya bagi mahasiswa UI serta mahasiswa non-UI terutama bagi mereka yang sedang berada di semester 8 atau 6 yang ingin mengikuti magang di BUMN melalui program PMMB. Tujuan webinar ini adalah agar mahasiswa mendapatkan informasi yang menyeluruh terkait PMMB BUMN Batch 1 Tahun 2022 secara langsung, sehingga informasi dapat tersampaikan dengan efektif. Kegiatan ini diikuti peserta dengan antusias sejak awal hingga akhir, dimana peserta yang mendaftar mencapai 554 mahasiswa. Dikarenakan kapasitas Zoom hanya 500 orang, sehingga mahasiswa yang terlambat masuk Zoom mengikuti kegiatan ini melalui Youtube Live DPKHA UI.

Kegiatan sosialisasi ini disampaikan oleh Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH. selaku Kepala Career Development Center Universitas Indonesia.

Setelah pemaparan presentasi sosialisasi dari Prof. Fika, dilanjutkan dengan sharing session dari 5 mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti PMMB batch sebelumnya, yaitu batch 1 dan batch 2 tahun 2021. Sharing session diisi oleh Nouvna (PT Kimia Farma Batch 1 Tahun 2021), Gezha dan Ariel (Jasa Marga Batch 2 Tahun 2021), Tazki (Jasa Tirta II Batch 1 Tahun 2021), dan Diozy (PT Pertamina Batch 2 Tahun 2021). Kelima narasumber tersebut memberikan pengalaman mereka sejak awal mendaftar PMMB hingga saat ini mereka sedang menjalani tahap magang ataupun pasca magang. Kelimanya juga membagikan tips kepada peserta yang ingin mengikuti program PMMB BUMN Batch 1 Tahun 2022. Setelah sharing, dibuka pula sesi tanya jawab bagi peserta yang ingin menanyakan seputar pengalaman PMMB kelima narasumber.

Setelah sharing session dari kelima mahasiswa peserta PMMB BUMN batch sebelumnya, diadakan sesi QnA dengan PIC PMMB BUMN dari CDC UI, yaitu oleh Mbak Muthia. Mahasiswa yang masih memiliki pertanyaan diberikan kesempatan untuk menanyakan kembali pertanyaannya melalui kolom chat zoom, kemudian langsung dibacakan serta dibahas jawabannya.

Sebelum acara ditutup, dilakukan presentasi singkat mengenai pengenalan DPKHA dan CDC UI kepada peserta agar mereka mengetahui seluruh lini informasi yang dimiliki oleh DPKHA dan CDC untuk mereka ikuti sehingga tidak terlewat informasi penting yang diberikan.

Mahasiswa yang hadir mayoritas berasal dari semester 6, kemudian diikuti oleh semester 8 dan mahasiswa pascasarjana. Dengan penyampaian materi yang sangat informatif dari para pembicara membuat peserta tetap bertahan di room Zoom hingga acara selesai dan acara dapat berjalan lancar tanpa ada gangguan yang berarti.

Webinar Socialization of PMMB BUMN Batch 1 Year 2022

The socialization webinar for PMMB BUMN Batch 1 of 2022 was held online via the Zoom Meeting platform on Monday, January 17, 2022, from 14.00 – 16.50 WIB. This activity is intended especially for UI students and non-UI students, especially for those who are in semester 8 or 6 who want to take part in an internship at BUMN through the PMMB program. The purpose of this webinar is for students to get comprehensive information regarding PMMB BUMN Batch 1 of 2022 directly, so that information can be conveyed effectively. This activity was attended by participants enthusiastically from the beginning to the end, where participants who registered reached 554 students. Because Zoom’s capacity is only 500 people, so students who are late for Zoom join this activity through the DPKHA UI Youtube Live.
This socialization activity was delivered by Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH. as the Head of the Career Development Center at the University of Indonesia.

After the presentation of the socialization presentation from Prof. Fika, followed by a sharing session from 5 students who had participated in the previous batch of PMMB, batch 1 and batch 2 of 2021. The sharing session was done by Nouvna (PT Kimia Farma Batch 1 of 2021), Gezha and Ariel (Jasa Marga Batch 2 of 2021) ), Tazki (Jasa Tirta II Batch 1 of 2021), and Diozy (PT Pertamina Batch 2 of 2021). The five students gave their experiences from the beginning of registering for PMMB until now they are undergoing an internship or post-internship stage. The five of them also shared tips to participants who wanted to take part in the PMMB BUMN Batch 1 of 2022 program. After sharing session, a question and answer session was also opened for participants who wanted to ask about the PMMB experience of them.

 
After the sharing session of the five students participating in the previous batch of PMMB BUMN, a QnA session was held with the PIC of PMMB BUMN from CDC UI, Mbak Muthia. Students who still have questions are given the opportunity to ask their questions again through the chat zoom column, then immediately read out and discussed the answers.
Before the event was closed, there was a brief presentation regarding the introduction of DPKHA and CDC UI to participants so that they knew all the lines of information held by DPKHA and CDC for them to follow so that they did not miss the important information provided.

The majority of students who attended were from semester 6, followed by semester 8 and postgraduate students. With the delivery of very informative material from the speakers, participants stayed in the Zoom room until the event was over and the event could run smoothly without any significant disturbances.
