Webinar Internship yang diselenggarakan oleh CDC UI bekerjasama dengan Darwinbox ini dilaksanakan melalui daring/online melalui platform Zoom Meeting pada hari Rabu, 3 November 2021 dari pukul 14.00 – 16.30 WIB. Kegiatan ini diperuntukkan khususnya bagi mahasiswa UI maupun mahasiswa non-UI yang ingin mendapatkan informasi terkait perusahaan Darwinbox serta program internship yang sedang dibuka oleh Darwinbox. Kegiatan ini diikuti dengan antusias sejak awal hingga akhir oleh para peserta.  

Kegiatan ini dibawakan oleh MC dari pihak Darwinbox, yaitu Mas Giffari yang juga merupakan alumni dari UI. Acara dibuka oleh Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH. selaku Kepala Career Development Center Universitas Indonesia sekaligus memberikan sambutan serta mengenalkan DPKHA dan CDC UI kepada peserta.

Webinar ini diawali dengan presentasi dari pihak Darwinbox, mengenalkan mengenai bidang serta perusahaan Darwinbox. Setelah presentasi tersebut, dilanjutkan dengan pembicara utama dalam webinar ini, yaitu Bapak Juancho Jerusalem selaku Vice President Head – APJ Expansion sales. Beliau membagikan pengalaman karirnya agar peserta juga dapat termotivasi dalam meniti karir.

Kegiatan webinar ini dihadiri oleh 79 peserta yang terdiri atas mahasiswa dan juga alumni baru UI (freshgraduate). Mahasiswa yang hadir mayoritas berasal dari semester 7, kemudian dilanjutkan semester 5, serta freshgraduate. Dengan penyampaian materi yang menarik serta isi materi yang sangat informatif dari para pembicara membuat peserta tetap bertahan di room Zoom hingga acara selesai dan acara dapat berjalan lancar tanpa ada gangguan yang berarti. Kemudian diberikan pula kesempatan kepada para peserta untuk bertanya secara interaktif. Ketertarikan dan antusias peserta terhadap materi yang dibawakan terlihat dari banyaknya peserta yang mengajukan pertanyaan.

Setelah sesi tanya jawab, sebelum acara berakhir diadakan pula kuis berhadiah e-money senilai total Rp 1.000.000,- dari Darwinbox dengan pertanyaan mengenai materi yang telah diberikan. Selain itu acara ini juga memberikan sertifikat bagi seluruh peserta yang mengisi form evaluasi webinar. Tak lupa pula acara diakhiri dengan foto bersama pembicara dan seluruh peserta yang hadir.

The Internship Webinar organized by CDC UI in collaboration with Darwinbox was held online via the Zoom Meeting platform on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 14.00 – 16.30 WIB. This activity was held especially for UI students and non-UI students who wants to get information regarding the Darwinbox company and the internship program that was opened by Darwinbox. This activity was followed enthusiastically from the beginning until the end by the participants.

This activity was brought by an MC from Darwinbox, namely Mas Giffari who is also an alumni from UI. The event was opened by Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH. as the Head of the Career Development Center of Universitas Indonesia at the same time giving her speech and introduction to DPKHA UI and CDC UI to the participants.

This webinar began with a presentation from Darwinbox, introducing Darwinbox’s field and company. After the presentation, the main speaker in this webinar, namely Mr. Juancho Jerusalem as Vice President Head – APJ Expansion sales gave his presentation. He shared his career experience so that participants can also be motivated in pursuing a career.

This webinar activity was attended by 79 participants consisting of students and also new UI alumni (fresh graduates). The majority of students who attended were from semester 7, then continued in semester 5, as well as fresh graduates. With a great delivery of interesting and informative material from the speakers, participants stayed in the Zoom room until the event was over and the event could run smoothly without any significant disturbance.

After the presentation from the speaker, participants was given the opportunity to ask interactively. The participants’ interest and enthusiasm for the material presented was evident from the number of participants who asked questions.

After the question and answer session, before the event ended, there was also a quiz with e-money prizes worth a total of IDR 1,000,000 from Darwinbox with questions about the material that had been given. In addition, this event also provides certificates for all participants who fill out the webinar evaluation form. Not to forget, the event was closed with a photo session with the speakers and all participants present.
