MT Triputra Group 2022 terbagi menjadi dua:
1. MT Operation (Kode: MT COPD )
2. MT Human Capital (Kode: MT HC )
 
Job Requirements:
  1. Global business orientation, big-picture thinking mindset
  2. Strong interest in business, operations, and leadership
  3. Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
  4. Bachelor Degree/Master Degree from (min. GPA: 3.20)
  5. Bachelor Degree: max. 24 years old, Master degree: max. 27 years old
  6. For MT COPD – all Engineering majors 
  7. For MT HC – Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Management/related majors
