Tower Bersama Group routinely conducts the selection & recruitment process for the TBIG In Program (Internship x Merdeka Campus).

The TBIG In program is a place for final year students and fresh graduates to gain experience in the world of work.

TBIG In participant qualifications. :

– S1/S2 students/graduates from all majors
– Fresh Graduate
– Have interpersonal and initiative skills
– Willing to follow the Intern period for 6 months
– Willing to join in August 2022
