Seminar BPJS Kesehatan Goes To Campus x UI

BPJS Kesehatan bersama dengan Direktorat Pengembangan Karier Lulusan dan Hubungan Alumni Universitas Indonesia (DPKHA-UI) dan Direktorat Kerja Sama Universitas Indonesia (DKS-UI) telah melaksanakan kegiatan seremonial penandatanganan kerja sama antara BPJS Kesehatan dengan UI dan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan Seminar Karier BPJS Kesehatan Goes To Campus dengan tajuk “Peluang Karier di BPJS Kesehatan dan Ekuitas Program JKN” secara luring atau offline dan diselenggarakan di Aula A Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat (FKM) UI. Seminar ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 14 Desember 2022 mulai pukul 14.00-16.40 WIB. Kegiatan ini diperuntukkan khususnya mahasiswa dan lulusan baru UI yang ingin mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai peluang karier di BPJS Kesehatan. Tujuan dari seminar ini adalah agar mahasiswa mendapatkan informasi terkait BPJS Kesehatan, mengenai program JKN milik BPJS Kesehatan, serta peluang internship maupun full time di BPJS Kesehatan sehingga banyak mahasiswa maupun lulusan baru dari UI yang dapat memulai kariernya bersama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Kegiatan ini diikuti peserta dengan antusias sejak awal hingga akhir, dimana peserta yang mendaftar mencapai 162 orang.

BPJS Kesehatan together with the Directorate of Career Development and Alumni Relations Universitas Indonesia (DPKHA-UI) and the Directorate of Partnership Universitas Indonesia (DKS-UI) have carried out ceremonial activities signing the collaboration between BPJS Kesehatan and UI and continued with the Career Seminar BPJS Kesehatan Goes To Campus with the title “Career Opportunities in BPJS Kesehatan and JKN Program Equity” offline and held in Aula A of the Faculty of Public Health (FKM) UI. This seminar was held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 starting at 14.00-16.40 WIB. This activity is especially for UI students and new graduates who want to find out more about career opportunities at BPJS Kesehatan. The purpose of this seminar is for students and alumni to get information about BPJS Kesehatan, the JKN program owned by BPJS Kesehatan, as well as internship and full time opportunities at BPJS Kesehatan so that many students and new graduates from UI can start their careers with BPJS Kesehatan. This activity was attended by participants enthusiastically from start to finish, where participants who registered reached 162 people.

Kegiatan Seminar BPJS Kesehatan Goes To Campus ini dibawakan oleh MC dari DKS UI, yaitu Mbak Tri Anita. Acara diawali dengan pembacaan doa serta diperdengarkan lagu Indonesia Raya dan kemudian pemberian sambutan oleh Prof. Dr. Ir. Dedi Priadi, DEA., selaku Wakil Rektor 4 Bidang SDM dan Aset Universitas Indonesia. Setelah sambutan dari pihak UI, dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dari pihak BPJS Kesehatan yaitu oleh Bapak Dr. dr. Mahlil Ruby, M.Kes., selaku Direktur Perencanaan, Pengembangan, dan Manajemen Risiko BPJS Kesehatan.

The BPJS Kesehatan Goes To Campus Seminar was hosted by the MC from DKS UI, namely Ms. Tri Anita. The event began with a prayer and Indonesian Raya anthem was played, and then a speech was given by Prof. Dr. Ir. Dedi Priadi, DEA., as Deputy Chancellor 4 for Human Resources and Assets at the Universitas Indonesia. After remarks from the UI, followed by remarks from BPJS Kesehatan, given by Dr. dr. Mahlil Ruby, M.Kes., as Director of Planning, Development and Risk Management of BPJS Kesehatan.

Setelah sambutan dari kedua belah pihak, kegiatan lalu dilanjutkan dengan seremonial penyerahan Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) serta plakat yang menandakan bahwa terjalinnya kerja sama antara BPJS Kesehatan dengan UI. Kegiatan tersebut diwakili oleh Prof Dedi serta Pak Mahlil. Setelah serah terima tersebut, diadakan pula sesi foto bersama dengan para tamu undangan pimpinan dari kedua belah pihak. Dari pihak BPJS Kesehatan yaitu: Ibu Bona Evita selaku Deputi Direksi Wilayah Jabodetabek, Bapak Adiwan Qodar selaku Asisten Deputi Bidang Manajemen Budaya Organisasi dan Revolusi Mental, Bapak Wahyu Kris Budianto selaku Asisten Deputi Bidang SDMUKP Kepwil Jabodetabek, dan Ibu Elisa Adam selaku Kepala Cabang Depok. Dari pihak UI yaitu: Bapak Ir. Ahmad Syafiq, M.Sc., Ph.D., selaku Direktur DPKHA UI, Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH., selaku Kepala Sub-Direktorat Pemagangan dan Hubungan Industri DPKHA UI.

After remarks from both parties, the activity then continued with the ceremonial exchange of the MoU (PKS) and a placard indicating that the partnership between BPJS Kesehatan and UI has started. The activity was represented by Prof. Dedi and Mr. Mahlil. After the handover, a photo session was also held with invited guests from both parties. From BPJS Health, there were: Ms. Bona Evita as Deputy Director for the Jabodetabek Region, Mr. Adiwan Qodar as Assistant Deputy for Management of Organizational Culture and Mental Revolution, Mr. Wahyu Kris Budianto as Assistant Deputy for SDMUKP Kepwil Jabodetabek, and Mrs. Elisa Adam as Head of the Depok Branch. From UI, there were: Mr. Ir. Ahmad Syafiq, M.Sc., Ph.D., Director of DPKHA UI, Prof. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH., as Head of Sub-Directorate of Internship and Industrial Relations of DPKHA UI.

Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi mengenai company profile serta ekuitas Program JKN. Penyampaian materi diberikan oleh Bapak Mahlil selaku Direktur Perencanaan, Pengembangan, dan Manajemen Risiko BPJS Kesehatan. Setelah pemaparan diberikan, peserta mahasiswa dan alumni diberikan kesempata untuk bertanya. Peserta terlihat antusias untuk bertanya, terlihat dari banyaknya yang mengangkat tangan untuk bertanya. Namun dikarenakan waktu yang terbatas, hanya dipilih 3 orang untuk menyampaikan pertanyaan dan peserta yang ingin bertanya namun belum mendapatkan kesempatan dapat menyampaikan pertanyaannya melalui link form evaluasi yang dikirimkan setelah acara berakhir.

The activity continued with the presentation of material regarding the company profile and equity of the JKN program. The presentation was given by Mr. Mahlil as the Director of Planning, Development and Risk Management of BPJS Kesehatan. After the presentation was given, student and alumni participants were given the opportunity to ask questions. Participants looked enthusiastic to ask questions, seen from the total of participants who raise their hands to ask questions. However, due to limited time, only 3 people were selected to submit questions and participants who wanted to ask questions but did not have the opportunity to ask their questions on the spot, could send their questions via the evaluation form link that sent after the event ended.

Setelah kegiatan Q&A tersebut, dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian informasi mengenai kesempatan berkarier di BPJS Kesehatan oleh Bapak Adiwan Qodar selaku Asisten Deputi Bidang Manajemen Budaya Organisasi dan Revolusi Mental. Materi ini diselingi dengan bermain gim yang mengasah pengetahuan peserta mengenai materi yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya. 3 peserta yang dapat menjawab kemudian mendapatkan souvenir dan diundang untuk berfoto bersama di atas panggung dengan Bapak Mahlil.

After the Q&A activity, followed by the delivery of information regarding career opportunities at BPJS Kesehatan by Mr. Adiwan Qodar as Assistant Deputy for Management of Organizational Culture and Mental Revolution. This material is interspersed by games that hone participants’ knowledge to the material previously presented. 3 participants who can answer the questions then was given souvenirs and was invited to take a group photo on the stage with Mr. Mahlil.

Kegiatan seminar ini dapat berjalan lancar tanpa ada gangguan yang berarti sampai akhir dan dihadiri oleh 65 peserta yang terdiri atas mahasiswa dan alumni dari UI, serta 77 peserta lainnya. Peserta yang hadir mayoritas merupakan mahasiswa dari fakultas dalam rumpun ilmu kesehatan, khususnya dari Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat. Dengan penyampaian materi yang sangat informatif dari para pembicara diharapkan dapat memberikan banyak manfaat bagi seluruh pihak.

This seminar activity could ran smoothly without any significant disturbances until the end and was attended by 65 participants consisting of students and alumni from UI, as well as 77 other participants. The majority of participants who attended were students from faculties in the health sciences cluster, especially from the Faculty of Public Health. By the great delivering and very informative material from the speakers, it is hoped that it will give many benefits for all parties.
