                                                                    DEVELOPMENT & ASSESSMENT CENTER SUPERVISOR (Code: DACS)

 

Responsibilities:
1. Plan the assessment simulation/tools for the assessment process.
2. Undertake comprehensive employee assessment for both competency and potential mapping.
3. Make an assessment report in accordance with the procedure.
4. Provide consultancy of assessment report to users.
5. Develop the Employee Development Program.
6. Monitor the implementation of Employee Development Program.
7. Monitor the implementation of Training Activity Plan.

 

Requirements:
1. Age, max. 35 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree from Psychology; preferably a Master Degree in Psychology.
3. Has a minimum 2 years experiences in Assessment Center.
4. Has extensive knowledge about assessment center and talent management.
5. Has experiences in leading assessment center project in various companies.
6. Has experiences in Employee Development.
7. Good proficiency in English will be an advantage.
8. Excellent computer skill.
9. Good communication & interpersonal skill.
10. Work location: Karawang.
11. Pick-up bus will be provided for those who live outside Karawang.
