Sambal Korporat is looking for an intern as Digital Content Creator!

Sambal Korporat’s operational and marketing office is located in North Jakarta, however, the Sambal’s production is located in Semarang. We are UMKM and have just started our business in August 2024. This is a paid 3-6 months internship.

If you’re up for the challenge, here is the job responsibilities:

- Work with the marketing department to get and understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Develop creative content ideas to promote our product
- Create & publish various content types from scratch (Video, reels, feed, banner etc) for our social media pages (Instagram and TikTok for now) following the trending topics
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery
- Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility and reach
- Analyse traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. views, engagement, and conversion rates) & present the data on monthly basis to the whole team
- Collaborate and manage talents for video or photo shooting
- Reaching out to KOLs related to our product, to negotiate the best deal & collaborate
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, especially meta ads

REQUIREMENTS:

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
* Domicile in Jakarta, able to ride motorcycle is a plus point
* Loves to eat spicy food Coz you must love our product
* Excellent writing and editing skills
* Ability to create engaging and compelling content
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
* Video and photo editing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Experience with social media platforms and content promotion
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
