Joining our Product Management Internship Program, you will play a vital role in supporting our product team through various stages of the product development lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management while learning from the experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research:
- Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to develop user personas, journey maps, and user scenarios.

Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze quantitative data from user interactions, A/B tests, and analytics tools.
- Create and maintain reports to track user behavior, engagement metrics, and product performance.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support product optimization efforts.

Optimization:
- Work with product managers and designers to prioritize and implement product improvements based on research findings.
- Contribute to the development of hypotheses and test plans for optimization experiments.
- Monitor the impact of changes and gather feedback to ensure continuous enhancement of the product.

Documentation & Communication:
- Document research findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in meetings and reports.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing user-centered insights to guide product development.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or Fresh Graduate in any discipline
- Strong interest in user research, data analysis, and product optimization.
- Interest in Financial Technology products.
- Understanding the basic tools for data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Redash) and user research (e.g., survey platforms, usability testing tools, user interview).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
