We’re looking for a Management Trainee to join our team at our company. A management trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations. Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, often in particular fields, such as marketing, sales, or operations.

 

Requirement :
  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
  2. Fresh Graduate max 25 years
  3. Active, have integrity, high work motivation
  4. Have a good communications skills, honest, disciplined, and responsible
  5. Able to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with all level of individuals of organization
  6. Able to work independently and in a team environment
  7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  8. Ability in operating Microsoft Office programs
  9. Having a Driving License (SIM A and SIM C) active
  10. Willing to be placed in all branches area in Indonesia
  11. Salary 7-9 millions/month
