Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
About the role Interested in becoming a Marketing Assistant Manager while empowering Indonesian SMEs? We have an exciting role for you in the marketing field with our most talented colleagues. This role works closely with HQ Team based in Hongkong to manage end to end initiatives for developing marketing programs to carry out millions upon millions of deliveries. What you will do
Responsible to assist Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategy as well as monitor execution on marketing team.
Aside from that, will be fully responsible for designing and delivering marketing campaign from digital marketing, offline activity, partnerships, branding and sponsorship then evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency.
Developing Marketing strategy for Lalamove Indonesia across all cities based on data analysis and in line with business direction.
Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities.
Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
Manage and optimize budget to growth the demand
Track budget spending and performance on timely manner
What you will need
Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Communication or related disciplines
Possess 3 to 5 years experience in general marketing field such as marketing communication, digital marketing & social media, sponsorships, sales promotion, marketing partnerships
Understand local culture and SME market, capable of generating powerful communication campaigns that are suitable for Indonesian market
High analytical thinking and data driven person
Familiar with digital marketing tracking tools such as Tableau, Google analytics and FB ads will be an advantage
Fluent in English

Driver Operations Associate
Able to communicate regarding policies to driver-partners
Conduct training (education) to driver-partners
Coordinate with other departments to create the quality of driver-partners
Conduct data analysis of driver-partners performance
Familiar and experienced with suspension, termination, and activation of driver-partners accounts
Exceed individual and team targets & KPI’s
Achieving total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives
Minimum bachelor’s degree with experience in education and/or training driver-partners
Able to operate and analyze data using excel and google sheet
Able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
Experience and familiar with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
Graphic Designer Intern
Bachelor’s degree in relevant major, preferably from Design Communication & Visual (DKV), minor in Graphic Design/Motion/Animation
Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Accurate with an attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently
Well-organised, strong sense of urgency and good time management skills
Team player and committed to working in a fast-paced environment
Photography, video creation and motion graphic tools proficiency is a big plus

Develop visually enticing artworks for marketing communications, including marketing campaigns, online and offline promotional collateral
