The intern will primarily assist and report to the Quality, Health, safety, and environment (QHSE)
Management Representative (MR) and QHSE Coordinator to establish a health and safety
management system (HSE MS) in PTHI. The activities anticipated can include, but are not limited to:
Develop a work plan to achieve the objectives set for the program within the internship period.
Support the update of existing health and safety management system documentation to
comply with Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) required by the
applicable regulations in Indonesia.
Provide a daily email to notify the activities undertaken within working hours.
Various support to QHSE Committee, as needed.
Initiate preparation of monthly QHSE reports.
Create a mapping of work environment measurements.
Compile confidential employee MCU results and analyze MCU results follow-up programs
that can be retrieved.
Create emergency drill planning at head office.
Objectives of the internship for the intern include:
Implement manuals, procedures and SOPs related to HSE at PTHI.
Completing HSE documentation for preparation of SMK3 certification
To provide the intern with experience in QHSE management in PTHI.
The candidate is currently pursuing a university degree in HSE major
He/She has a strong interest in learning and possessing an inquisitive nature;
He/She has good computer skills and is proficient with standard software applications such
as Microsoft Office; and
He/She has good English proficiency, both oral and writing
