LEAD is one of Indonesia’s best management trainee programs based on the feedback of the trainees who have gone through it and who similarly went through other companies’ MT Program. LEAD was developed by the Gunung Sewu Group to harness the potential of fresh Indonesian graduates into future business leaders in Gunung Sewu Group.
Requirements :
– Fresh graduate with a good bachelor/master degree in any major with minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of 4).
– Fluent in English both for oral and written purposes.
– Willing to be placed across our businesses in Indonesia.
– Someone who is motivated to initiate action and committed to driving transformation and achieving tangible outcomes.
– An individual who can quickly acquire new knowledge and skills, is creative in finding solutions, and is motivated to take on challenging tasks in a constantly changing work setting.
