Technology Development Program

Technology Development Program is our intensive 12 months program to groom young potential talent to carve a career as Software Engineer.
As Technology Management Trainee can look forward to a rotational program over a period 3 month to work across various function such as Backend, Frontend, Mobile and QA roles. You’ll start learning our business and overall tech stack design, vision and architecture.
While this program also provides real on the job training, online training, sharing session, coaching and mentoring. You will receive the guidance, mentoring and support to achieve your career aspirations.
Person we are looking for:
Fresh graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field from reputable University
Passionate about learning new technologies both through independent research and with guidance from a mentor
Having knowledge on Java, ReactJS, SQL, Swift & Kotlin
Willing to challenge yourself and think out of the box
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to details
Good time management and organizational skills
