PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara’s Management Associate Program is a one-of-a kind fast track career program that seeks to enrich and prepare potential fresh graduates to be a part of our future management team.
The program consists of 3-9 months of training, both in-class as well as on-the-job training, that will teach participants about the insurance industry, and there will be various other classes and tests that are unique to Raksa’s Culture.

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree GPA min 3.00 in any discipline
  2. Maximum age 23 years
  3. Fresh graduate
  4. Adaptive, Innovative and strong sense of business
  5. Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
  6. Fluent in English
