SENIOR BIOPROCESS ENGINEER

Based: Now in Jakarta, near future in Sumatra or Kalimantan.

 
 
Job description:
  1. Design and develop processes for the fermentation manufacturing of agricultural by-products.
  2. Practical skills in microbial upstream and downstream bioprocessing.
  3. Conducting trouble shooting and problem-solving.
  4. Analyze result and monitor the consistency of operation for further improvement.

 

Requirements:
  1. At least bachelor degree in bioprocess or equivalent from Tier 1 university.
  2. Good grasp of biochemical knowledge and mass balance calculations.
  3. Prior work experiences in bioprocess design and fermentation is preferred.

 

Personal attributes:
  1. Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  2. Ability to set and manage priorities.
  3. Good written and oral communication skills.
  4. Keen attention to details.
  5. Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical people.
  6. Exceptionally self-motivated.
