The Covid-19 pandemic is the beginning of a big challenge for small MSMEs and newly initiated entrepreneurs, not only physical and material obstacles, but also moral ones. The crisis situation makes people insist on surviving, so that a lot of new entrepreneurs emerge and of course become a separate competitive edge for entrepreneurs who have been pioneered. The desire to survive and continue to exist often makes humans become greedy. Instead of wanting to build an entrepreneur that has a social impact, they end up doing business above humanity. Pity! Then how to build a human-minded entrepreneur that is not only focused on profit?
