4. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on design iterations.

JOB DETAILS: Finance and Accounting

Job Location: Singapore

Key Description:
1. Prepare complete billing documents and send to Customer
⁠2. Prepare the Payment Submission by making a Voucher / Proof of Expenditure and attaching complete & valid supporting documents (original invoice, Tax Invoice, copy of PO, Travel Letter, etc.)
3. Input payment transactions in Internet Banking after the payment documents have been checked and received FAM approval.
4. Print proof of payment after the transaction is authorized and attach it to Proof of Expenditure
5. Make a Petty Cash usage report
