Since 2019, Dagangan has covered more than 4,000 villages spread across the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Central Java, and West Java.

Job Description

Contribute and support a variety of Talent Acquisition team initiatives and projects
Manage the job platform and databases Oversee the general recruiting workflows, and in charge of references check for hiring purposes

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Support/Coordinator
Flexible and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment with the multiple work streams
Comfortable in working with data
Strong technical aptitude in MS Office
Familiar with ATS would be a big plus
