Job Description

Sales Assistant (Customer Support Focus)
Location: Pluit, Jakarta Utara
Type: Full-time (Open to fresh graduates)
Salary Range: Rp. 5,500,000 – Rp. 7,000,000

2.Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service Support
    • Respond to customer inquiries in real-time, addressing product, order, and after-sales questions to improve conversion rates.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with key clients, gather feedback, and compile Customer Needs Analysis Reports to optimize service strategies.
  2. Sales Process Management
    • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment (from contract signing to delivery) to ensure 100% on-time completion.
    • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to resolve order exceptions (e.g., delays, returns) within 48 hours.
  3. Data Analysis & Operations
    • Maintain CRM data, update customer profiles, order statuses, and communication records.
    • Monitor the sales pipeline, generate weekly/monthly reports (conversion rates, churn alerts), and support decision-making.
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Organize sales meetings and product demos, including material preparation, client invitations, and on-site execution.
    • Assist in developing promotional plans, track campaign performance, and propose optimizations.
  5. Market Insights
    • Research competitor activities and industry trends, delivering actionable briefs to the team.
    • Identify upsell opportunities by uncovering latent customer needs.

 

3.Requirements

Required:
– Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred majors: Marketing, Business Administration).
– Strong communication skills, customer-centric mindset, and ability to handle dynamic demands.
– Proficiency in Office tools (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint).
– Resilience to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
– 1+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related fields.
– Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Fxiaoke).
– Fluency in English or other languages (for international client interaction).
