Officer Development Program (ODP)

This is an exclusive program that gives you the opportunity to accelerate your career. Through this program, you will be trained well to be prepared as a competent Bankers.

If you :
·       Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
·       Preferably from IT, Law & Economic with GPA minimum 3.0/4.
·       Fluent in English is a must.
·       Pleasant personality and confident, ready to face challenges.
·       Willing to be placed in any branch of Bank SBI Indonesia.
