Job Description

IdsMED Management Trainee is a 9-month traineeship program designed to prepare new generations through challenging roles and direct coaching from our leaders. In addition, you will be given the opportunity for exploring every department, and various pieces of training to understand the processes of the medical or healthcare industry. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a Business Executive ready with a strong leadership impact to contribute ideas for improvement!

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.20 from 4.0)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Fresh graduates or experienced are welcome to apply
