Helpdesk (Mandarin)
Work location: Jakarta
Employment: Fixed-term Contract
Job Role:
Managing all customer request for service per service delivery expectation and provides the means for service request initiation/routing in one system.
Job Description:
- Handling ticket request , routing to team, classified and managing the SLA.
- Documentation and reporting the helpdesk activity.
- Promotion support for promotional activities for representative office.
- Including making content & design.
Requirements:
- Min. High School or diploma or Bachelor degree
- Min. 1 year reception or customer-facing experience as Helpdesk manage at least 2000 tickets per month
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and operating helpdesk system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, and good commend to greet people, and process phone calls and emails
- Ability to understand data, analysis, prepare reports and reporting
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and manage their expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills and hospitable
- Ready to join ASAP
