Sodexo Indonesia, Integrated Facility Management and Food Service company, open career opportunity for the following position:​

Helpdesk (Mandarin)​

Work location: Jakarta​

Employment: Fixed-term Contract​

Job Role:​

Managing all customer request for service per service delivery expectation and provides the means for service request initiation/routing in one system.​

Job Description:​

  • Handling ticket request , routing to team, classified and managing the SLA.​
  • Documentation and reporting the helpdesk activity.​
  • Promotion support for promotional activities for representative office.​
  • Including making content & design.​

Requirements:​

  • Min. High School or diploma or Bachelor degree​
  • Min. 1 year reception or customer-facing experience as Helpdesk manage at least 2000 tickets per month​
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and operating helpdesk system​
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, and good commend to greet people, and process phone calls and emails​
  • Ability to understand data, analysis, prepare reports and reporting​
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and manage their expectations​
  • Strong interpersonal skills and hospitable​
  • Ready to join ASAP​
