Job Description :

Have min 2 years experience in insurance industry Responsible for business development of Chinese-funded enterprises in Indonesia, exploring and maintaining strategic customers, and assisting in achieving the company’s business development plan and work tasks;
Assist in improving the company’s organizational management system and operating system, and assist in related business management work;
Provide underwriting support for Chinese-funded businesses and local businesses in Indonesia, review and assess business risk status, and ensure business operation compliance in accordance with local regulatory requirements;
Complete the data reporting required by the group, be responsible for collecting reinsurance and overseas insurance market information, and write business analysis and local market research reports;
Complete the reinsurance assignment of Chinese-funded businesses in Indonesia, and assist in the maintenance and management of reinsurance channels;
Other tasks assigned by the department.

Job Requirement :

Min. bachelor degree or above majoring in economics, finance, or insurance, and those with overseas study and work experience are preferred;
Have a broad international vision and be able to integrate into the local working environment and cultural habits; have strong communication and coordination skills, strong organizational leadership and teamwork skills; have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, strong work execution ability, and be good at learning and innovation , have good analytical judgment and adaptability;
Fluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and written)
Have strong analytical judgment, text synthesis and report writing skills;
