PT Mitra Hub Indonesia is engaged in the retail business of Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, and Consumer Electronics as an Official Dealer of SAMSUNG.

Our business running through Offline Stores, Online Stores, and B2B Channel. The company established in 2014 with Head Office located in Fatmawati, South Jakarta. Nowadays, we operate 68 stores all over Java island and will continue to expand throughout 2023.

We have four (4) categories of stores:

SES (Samsung Experience Store), SPS (Samsung Premium Store), SMS (Samsung Multiexperience Store) and SIS (Shop in Shop).

PT Mitra Hub Indonesia is in cooperation with PT Graha Service Indonesia which is engaged in the service of Samsung Electronics products (Samsung Official Service Center). We have 48 stores located inside Samsung Official Service Center makes its own characteristics and additional values for Mitra Hub Indonesia.
