Dynamic Technology Lab Pte Ltd (“DTL”) is a quantitative hedge fund established in Singapore and engages in global securities trading with multiple asset classes. Since our founding in 2009, we have established offices in Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing and Hanoi. As a tech-focused Licensed Fund Management Company, DTL is dedicated to producing strong consistent returns for its investors by relying on mathematical and statistical models to drive its investment process. Currently, we’re in search of Remote Financial Research Analyst Interns, and Remote Data Operator (Finance) Interns to join our team. Check out the qualifications below.

C++ Developer Intern:
C++ developers maintain our trading/research capabilities in global markets and innovate how we do them.

Qualifications
● Penultimate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in computer science
● Proficient in one of the well-known programming languages (C, C++, Java, Rust etc.)
● Strong background in algorithm, data structures and/or operating systems-related topics (memory management,
scheduler, I/O etc.)
● Ability to quickly learn new concepts or technologies
● Ability to write sizable applications and manage complexity
● Linux experience
● Effective communicator and decision maker

Financial Research Analyst Intern:
Financial Research Analysts gather data from various sources (e.g. SEC filings, new sources etc.) and do preliminary equity research based on topics guided by seniors.

Qualifications
● Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, finance or economics-related fields
● Knowledge and experience in the US market through personal trading and/or past internship
● Good business understanding
● Strong interest in the financial markets and equity research

Full-stack Infrastructure Developer Intern:
Full-stack infrastructure developers provide backbone infrastructure for the software developers and everyone that code in the firm. As an intern, you may be given projects from a wide range of topics: from deployment, monitoring, package management, to distributed task scheduler, file system. The end goal is to create an elegant abstraction on top of our infrastructure to improve stability and increase the productivity of everyone in the firm.

Qualifications
● Penultimate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
● Proficient in Python or Go
● Solid background in Computer Science such as knowledge in data structures, operating system, network and
database
● Excellent communication skills

Quantitative Researcher Intern:
The quantitative researchers design and backtest trading models, which form the most important elements in the final trading strategies. They work in groups or independently, depending on the projects and/ or the researchers’ preference. Creativity and innovation are what we are looking for in this position.

Qualifications
● Penultimate or final year student pursuing a Master’s/PhD in science, engineering, computing or related field.
Undergraduates with exceptional performance will also be considered.

● Good programming skills
● Excellent problem-solving skills
● Detail-oriented with the ability to handle tedious tasks carefully
● Proactive and eager to learn complicated topics
