Job Overview: As a Market Survey Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and learn from industry experts. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis in the brick and construction industry. You will assist in identifying market trends, competitor analysis, and gathering valuable insights to support strategic decision-making processes.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market segments, and emerging trends in the brick and construction industry
Collect and analyze data on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Assist in creating surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools to gather relevant information from target audiences
Analyze survey results and compile reports summarizing key findings and recommendations
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration and expansion
Assist in monitoring industry news, publications, and online forums to stay updated on industry developments and competitor strategies
Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials based on market insights
Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing data, maintaining databases, and preparing presentations
Providing regular updates to senior consultants on project status, risks, and opportunities
Supporting the maintenance of relationships with key client contacts to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/pursuing in business administration, management, or related field
Strong academic record, with high GPA
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and analysis
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
Previous experience in market research or data analysis is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs and priorities
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
