Overview of job
We are hiring Media Masters batch XIV to fulfil vacant positions in our agencies. We have successfully brought 13 batch in the past and equipped them with the skills to be our future leaders. We believe this batch of media masters could be our next future leaders too.


Reporting of the role

  1. This role reports to the Planning/Investment/Digital Manager

3 best things about the job:

  1. You will learn A to Z about media placements (planning, investment, digital)
  2. You will have the opportunity to truly work with a diverse team, spread across 13 markets across the region and work with the global team and partners.
  3. You will work in an open modern space where you often find groups in casual brainstorming sessions sharing ideas and strategies for new initiatives.

Measures of success:
In three months, you would have:

  1. You will be aware about advertising company role
  2. You will understand the company business process
  3. You will understand characteristics of clients

In six months, you would have:

  1. You will collaborate with a team who are dedicated to the job and clients who are all passionate about the job
  2. You will be confident in making a report

In 12 months, you would have:

  1. You will have the opportunity to present to clients
  2. You will understand our client base, the current planning framework and measurement currencies across markets

Responsibilities of the role:

  1. 100% understand A to Z about media advertising
  2. A good communication skill
  3. More confidence to create data, process data and present data to clients.


  1. Fresh Graduate with minimum GPA 3.25
  2. Fluent in Bahasa and English (both written and spoken)
  3. Willing to work individually or in a team
  4. Confident, Creative, and passionate to work in media advertising
  5. Hard worker, and willing to work under pressure
