Job Qualifications :
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Fluent in english both oral and written is a must
  3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Oil and Gas business
  4. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ICT Program
  5. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  6. Having a healthy body and normal color vision
  7. Willing to be placed in our customer ( ConocoPhillips Indonesia )

Global Service Desk

Job Qualification :
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from Reputable University
  2. Experience in Oil and Gas business with minimum of one (1) year continuously
  3. Required language(s): English and have minimum of 550 TOEFL Score or 6.5 IELTS score
  4. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  5. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  6. Familiar with ServiceNow tools, its process and data analysis
  7. Willing to be placed in our customer ( ConocoPhillips Indonesia )
  8. Fast Learner and able to work underpressure
  9. Have a good communication skill

Job Description :
  1. Actively monitor ticketing system and solve technical IT issues globally.
  2. Actively follow the training provided for Help Desk
  3. Follow up with Problem Management when major problems occur
  4. Create Service Entries
  5. Assist the employee in related to IT issues or knowledge servicing globally

Business Development Manager


Job Requirement :
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent, BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
  2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  4. Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
  5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  7. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
  9. Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques

Job Description :
  1. Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
  2. Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
  3. Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
