In order to share knowledge with the younger generation regarding the vision, values, brands, and corporate culture they have, Kraft Heinz in collaboration with the UI Career Development Center held a Career Talk at the UI Depok Campus Assembly Hall Building on October 24, 2019 from 12.30 to 16.00 . This activity was opened with a speech by Mrs. Dr. drg. Sandra Fikawati, MPH as the head of CDC UI and was attended by UI students and alumni from various faculties and various generations as well as students from other universities.


 This Career Talk material was delivered by 4 speakers. The material presentation session began with a "CEO Talks" session by Steven Debrabandere as Managing Director, Indonesia and PNG and delivered in English as the language of instruction. The second presentation in English was also given by the second speaker, namely Benedict Lim as Finance Director, Indonesia & PNG. The material presented was about "Millennials on Top". After the presentation of the material delivered in English, the next presentation was delivered in Indonesian by the People & Performance Director, Indonesia & PNG, namely Mrs. Dina Sitopu. Mrs. Dina Sitopu discussed Career Management at Kraft Heinz in the third session of presentation of the material. After the presentation of the material by 3 speakers, the event was continued with an Alumni Sharing by Sister Kukuh Lolana as Management Trainee - Operation. Kukuh Loanan's sister shared her experience with Kraft Heinz and explained tips and tricks for entering multinational companies.

 This activity was attended by 418 participants consisting of UI students, UI alumni, and students from other universities. At each material presentation session, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions. Each participant who asked was given interesting merchandise from Kraft Heinz as a token of appreciation. In addition to providing material presentation, Kraft Heinz also held a photo contest. The enthusiasm of the participants in taking part in the photo contest was evident from the number of participants taking pictures at the photo booth that had been provided.
