We, GREECHAIN, founded in 2017, is one of the largest authorized leading distributor for sinotruk heavy duty trucks in Indonesia. Our headquarter is at Jl Cakung Cilincing Raya Km 2, Jakarta Timur – 13910, We plan to open 4 branches office in Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi this year.


Sinotruk, founded in 1956, is the cradle of China’s heavy-duty truck. Sinotruk produced China’s first heavy duty truck in 1960 and it is China’s largest Heavy duty truck manufacturing and export bases. With more than 48,000 employees, Sinotruk manufactures heavy trucks, medium trucks, light trucks, buses, special purpose trucks and military trucks. It aims to be one of the heavy duty truck manufacturers with the most advanced truck technology in the world. Sinotruk export more than 3,3000 units heavy duty trucks to 97 countries in 2017.

We, GREECHAIN, focuse on Machinery, Equipment, Heavy Industries Fields and is engaged to become the Indonesia professional leader in integrated solution of engineering machinery, logistics vehicle sales and renting. Our business scope: sales and renting of heavy truck, light truck, coach, military vehicle, mine vehicle, special vehicle, engineering machinery (such as wheel loader, hoister, excavator, etc.); TBR tire, spare parts sales; vehicle maintenance service.

In 2018, We, GREECHAIN, plan to recruit the following position.

The Jobs requirements for our SALES MANAGER as follows:
  1. Participate in development of marketing and sales strategies for the assigned territory/region. Identify opportunities for increasing sales and/or pursuit of new business.
  2. Develop volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans for achieving desired results.
  3. Obtain information regarding customers' present and anticipated needs, identifying opportunities for increased sales. 
  4. Participate in NPD (New Product Development) projects as sales expert and active sales, 
  5. Putting out the new product in the truck markets together with manufacturer sales team.
  6. Provide consultative services to customers, providing solutions for product-related issues. Leverage and co-ordinate resources in order to provide technical services support to customer as needed together with manufacturer specialists and our maintenance team.
  7. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements; articulate and present product features and benefits.
  8. Participate in customers satisfaction surveys and analysis of customer complaints, run monthly review process for continuous improvement.
  9. Daily sales engineer team management.
  10. Reporting to: head of sales department.
  11. This position will be based in all Indonesia.

The Basic Requirements :
  1. Minimum 5 years sales experience in related field as a sales team leader.
  2. Male, Single age between : 35 – 43 years old
  3. Graduated from University Degree
  4. Good in English and Mandarin would be very advantage
  5. Good in presentation skills
  6. Target oriented is highly commanded

MAINTENANCE WORKER

Job Responsibilities :
  1. Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  2. Performing preventative maintenance.
  3. Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
  4. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
  5. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
  6. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
  7. Cleaning and repairing facilities and equipments

Basic Requirements :
  1. Proven maintenance experience.
  2. SMK or Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree from Automotive Major
  3. Related degree from a technical college.
  4. Having experiences 2 or 3 years as maintenance worker
  5. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
  6. Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
  7. Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
  8. Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
  9. Experience performing routine maintenance.
  10. Eye for detail.
  11. Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
  12. Strong time management skills.
  13. ENGLISH or MANDARIN speaking is a MUST
  14. Ages not later than 25 years of old.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT (SALESMAN)

Responsibilities :
  1. Customers/job sites visit regularly to maximize and following up sales leads
  2. Utilize consultative selling approach to identify industries/customers expectation
  3. To build better customers/market understanding by promoting company’s products
  4. To build and maintain customer relationship in relation to smooth company’s sales objectives
  5. Apply time and territory management practices while implementing market coverage plan
  6. To identify market opportunity to reach individual sales goals
  7. Prepare quotes, sales contracts, and related paperwork necessary to close a direct sales deal
  8. Update on customer information and market competition within industry company served
  9. These responsibilities are not intended to be all-inclusive. The supervisor may request and assign similar duties.

Requirements :
  1. Fresh Graduates from Sales / Marketing / Marketing Business majors or other related majors are very welcome to apply
  2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English is mandatory
  3. Having skill of computer operation, commercial, presentation, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal communication
  4. Preferably staff (non-management and non-supervisor) with leadership skill specializing in sales engineering/technical or equivalent, heavy equipment, batching plant and or truck will be preferred
  5. Travel throughout assigned industry and or territory as needed
  6. Ages not later than 30 years of old.
  7. Graduates from University degree
