Media Masters – GroupM

Overview of job
We are hiring Media Masters batch XII to fulfil vacant positions in our agencies. We already success bring 11 batch in the past and we believe this media masters could be our future leaders.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Planning/Investment/Digital Manager

  1. You will learn A to Z about media placements (planning, investment, digital)
  2. You will have the opportunity to truly work with diverse team, spread across 13 markets across the region and work with the global team and partners.
  3. You will work in an open modern space where you often find groups in casual brainstorming sessions sharing ideas and strategies for new initiatives.
Measures of success:
In three months, you would have:
  1. You will be able to know about advertising company role
  2. You will understand the company business process
  3. You will understand characteristics of clients
In six months, you would have:
  1. You will collaborate with a team of extremely dedicated to the job and clients whom are all passionate about the job
  2. You will be confidence to make a report
In 12 months, you would have:
  1. You will have opportunity to present to the clients
  2. You will understand our client base, the current planning framework and measurement currencies across markets
Responsibilities of the role:
  1. 100% understand A to Z about media advertising
  2. You will have good communication skill
  3. More confidence create data, process data and present data to clients.
What you will need:
  1. Fresh Graduated with minimum GPA 3.25
  2. Fluency in Bahasa and English (both written and spoken)
  3. Willing to work individual or team
  4. Confidence, Creative, and passionate to work in media advertising
  5. Hard worker, willing to work in under pressure
