PT Victory Chingluh Goes to Campus UI

In entering the industrial era 4.0, the younger generation needs to be provided with material and soft skills so that they can prepare themselves and their careers in the future. Therefore, the UI Career Development Center (CDC) in collaboration with PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia held a Career Talk Activity at the UI Depok Campus Assembly Hall on September 16, 2019 from 12.30 to 16.00. This time the Career Talk raised the theme "Stairway To Success For Gen Z: Building Career With Knowledge And Personal Branding". This activity was opened with remarks by Mr. Drs. Erwin Nurdin, M.Si as Director of Career Development and Alumni Relations and was attended by UI students and alumni from various faculties and various generations as well as students from other universities.

 This time, the Career Talk material was delivered by two speakers. The first material presentation was given by Mr. Helmi F. Wandara who is a Business and Corporate Coach and also the author of 32 Success Stories with Coaching. Mr. Helmi presented material about building a career with knowledge and personal branding. The second presentation of material was delivered by Mr. Riri Fazari Ramadhan as Executive Manager of PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia. In the second session of material presentation, Mr. Riri delivered material about the Footwear Industry and Overview of PT Victory Chingluh. In this Career Talk, all participants wrote down their questions on a piece of paper and collected them to the committee. The goal is that the resource person can provide answers that represent the explanation of the material presented and the company can send answers that have not been answered during the event personally to the participants.


This activity was attended by 323 participants consisting of UI students, UI alumni, and other university students. With the delivery of interesting material and the opportunity for the participants to ask questions, this event went on smoothly and was very interactive. The participants' interest and enthusiasm for the material presented was evident from the number of participants who asked questions.
