As part of Go-Jek Group, we build technology that leverages the strong bond that already exists in communities to help them access products they could not previously afford. For example, in our group savings (or as indonesian called Arisan)  product we first gather information on what home goods our members need (e.g., furniture, washing machines). Because we have more than 2 million members, we can negotiate better prices from suppliers. Our app then helps members create a savings plan and form groups to help them reach that goal, enabling them to avoid the trap of high interest consumer credit.

We are looking for :

Human Capital Business Partner

As a qualified Human Capital Business Partner, you need to work closely with leaders across function on your daily basis to build their organizations. You will also act as a consultant when it comes to organizational problems and give the best solutions for related divisions. To give the best solution, you need to understand the business process in each division and mastering the art of people management.
  1. Working with leaders about HR strategy to work on mapan’s organization and people-related strategy and execution
  2. Facilitate all employees to get an understanding about career plan, performance management, strategic development and employee relations
  3. Provide people-related policy guidance
  4. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  5. Analyze trends and metrics to create people-related solutions

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any major from reputable university
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
  3. Have a deep knowledge about all of HR functions including recruitment, learning and development, industrial relation and organizational development.
  4. Easy-going, loves to mingle, highly sociable, persistent, and daring
  5. Passionate in helping people and communities
  6. Eager to learn, able to analyze situations, and is adaptable to change

Accounting staff

  1. Prepare and post accounting related journal entries to SAP
  2. Validate data and transactions’ accuracy and completeness before posting them into SAP
  3. Actively involved in financial statement preparation and analysis for monthly closing.
  4. Prepare supplementary report and detail general ledger of financial report.
  5. Support accounting team to prepare supporting data and documentation during the financial audit process.
  6. Help designing and implementing accounting policies and treatments for projects in fast changing environment

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or Finance From reputable university with minimum GPA 3.25 (of 4.00)
  2. 2-3 years of experience as a general ledger/cost/reporting accountant
  3. Familiar with SAP or former SAP user is a huge advantage
  4. Able to work under pressure.
  5. Attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement.
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Able to work under pressure.
  8. Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Business Process and SOP Analyst

We are currently looking for best talent to fill up Business Process and SOP Analyst position.

Job Details:
  1. Leads and participates in business improvement projects to improve workflow
  2. Provide internal control framework for all business process
  3. Establishing, developing and supervising standards, policies and business process
  4. Help to optimilize all business process, products, and business units.
  5. Provides ongoing assessment of performance, and identifies performance improvement opportunities or trends. Conducts high level assessments, gathers information and collaborates with the appropriate process owner(s) to identify opportunities for improvement. Analyzes data for administrative and clinical decision making.
  6. Develops and maintains project metrics and program dashboards for communication to leadership, stakeholders, and project teams. Advises and mentors staff on continuous improvement, and helps them to develop systems, processes, metrics, and analytics necessary for success in their functions. Develops metrics for newly established processes, and monitors on-going performance to ensure the new process is operating efficiently and achieving established targets.

  1. 4 years working experience as Business Process Analyst/Specialist or SOP Analyst/Specialist
  2. Have experiences in making Standard Operating Procedure , Business Process Analyst, business process Architecture
  3. Have great analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking to look out for information.
