Statistician & Data Analyst

Job Description :
  1. Have a clear understanding of client’s business issues, anticipating & solving client issues.
  2. Analyze data of the survey result in order to provide insight in the research report and enrich with advanced analysis such as:
  3. Brand image and performance analysis
  4. Pricing analysis (price sensitivity meter)
  5. Correspondence analysis
  6. Concept and product test
  7. Segmentation
  8. Multivariate analysis (cluster, factor, regression, discriminant, etc)
  9. Other statistic technique
  10. Design research in particular sampling design
  11. Maintain sampling unit and make sure research project comply with best practice standard in research methodology
  12. Train field teams to conduct survey in accordance with proper research method
  13. To provide the secondary data relevant to interpretation of research results
  14. Create Macro program to accelerate Excel report
  15. Performing statistical analysis to the data & able to draw conclusion from the dataset.
  16. Developing Research report (in PowerPoint format) with insightful data & outstanding visualization.
  17. Performing data checking & cleaning to the survey result to maintain data reliability & consistency.

Requirements :
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent.
  2. Strong knowledge and skill in statistical analysis (Regression, Correlation, Weighting, ANOVA, etc.)
  3. Experienced in statistics or data analysis min 1 year.
  4. Familiar with big data analysis.
  5. Competent in Statistical Software(SPSS/SAS/Minitab/Lisrel/Amos/Sawtooth)
  6. Competent in MS Excel (MS Access and/or Macro Excel would be an advantage)
  7. Having knowledge in programming & database structure would be an advantage
  8. Excellent analytical & problem solving.
  9. Good in graphic design is more preferred.
  10. Able to do charting with PPT.
  11. Fluent in English both oral and written.
  12. Proactive individual, able to work independently and multitasking under fast pace environment.

Quantitative Researcher

 
Job Summary:
A Quantitative Researcher is prepared to be future leader of Quant team. In the beginning, he/she will be rotated in several departments to learn about overall business process. He/she will learn both technical skills and soft-skills, and expected to be team leader after 2 years.

A Quantitative Researcher will be responsible to the day to day management of projects from initiation to report writing under the supervision of one or more seniors.  He/she will be involved in end-to-end project from discussion about appropriate research design and writing proposals, writing effective questionnaire, collecting data, undertaking analysis, writing report, until attend client presentations.

After that he/she plays a substantial role in managing client accounts, as well as projects. He/she has day to day responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of client accounts, for organizing the project team, maintaining contact with the client and ensuring projects are successfully completed, with objectives met. 

In regards to technical and admin jobs, a Quantitative Researcher must be able to do project management which are briefing field and preparing necessary documents, monitoring recruitment / interviewing progress on a day to day basis, monitoring progress through data entry / data processing, and generally assisting with admin task associated with project management, including general day to day client contact email and telephone.

Requirements :
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post-Graduate Degree in Economics and Business Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Social Science or equivalent
  2. Fluent in English both oral and written.
  3. At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Ready to face challenges and work hard towards achieving professional excellence.
  5. Has exceptional analytical and logical abilities.
  6. Has good interpersonal and social skills.
  7. Full-Time position available.

Qualitative Researcher

Job Summary:

  4. Has basic understanding of Qual technique.
  5. Has minimum 6 months of working experience in Qual research.
  6. Has experience in managing project from set up.
  7. Has basic reporting skill.
  8. Has experience in moderating FGD.
  9. Can do in-depth interview.
  10. Has exceptional analytical and logical abilities.
  11. Has good interpersonal and social skills.
  12. Ready to face challenges and work hard towards achieving professional  excellence.
  13. Full-Time position(s) available.
