JAPANESE TRANSLATOR

Responsibility:
  1. Translate company’s documents Japanese-Bahasa (VV), English-Bahasa (VV)
  2. Interpreter for meetings, presentation, etc
  3. Support activities of Manufacturing Dept

Requirement:
  1. Can translate Japanese‐Indonesia VV
  2. Speak English fluently
  3. JLPT N2, Had lived in Japan is a plus
  4. Experience in translating manufacturing document
  5. Fresh Graduate are welcome
  6. Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Japanese Literature
  7. Computer literate, especially MS Office
  8. Good personality, can work under pressure, details and hard worker
  9. Age 22‐30 years of age
  10. Preferable stay in Depok area

SUPERVISOR, PROCUREMENT FACTORY &

SUPPLY CHAIN DIVISION


Main Purpose of Job
The Supervisor, Procurement is primarily responsible for carrying out of all assigned activities related to the Procurement functions and initiatives within the company. This includes ordering of materials and supplies, management of dealers, suppliers and procurement expenditure.

Responsibilities
  1. Regularly review and evaluate current and potential suppliers, and identify the suppliers that offer the best quality and delivery services for YADIN’s benefit.
  2. Responsible for the planning and execution of sourcing strategies.
  3. Responsible to seek bids, tenders, quotations, and proposals from vendors.
  4. Ensure that all material and supplies purchased comply with the Company’s social sustainability policies.
  5. Initiates and implements cost reductions on assigned commodities.
  6. Preparing purchase agreement between vendors and the Company.
  7. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and suppliers. This include evaluation and re-negotiation with current vendors and suppliers.
  8. Managing existing vendor and supplier relationships.
  9. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.

Requirement:
  1. Ability to work cooperatively as a team and stay committed together on the task at hand.
  2. Ability to proactively identify priority tasks, anticipate implications and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
  3. Strong drive to remain focused, self-motivated and committed to completing or achieving tasks.
  4. Detailed, well-organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritizing required actions accordingly to meet required deadlines.
  5. Meticulous and pays attention to details to ensure minimum errors in work.
  6. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields.
  7. Fluent in English in both written and spoken
  8. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in logistics or procurement operations.
  9. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  10. Knowledge and experience in pricing computation and strategy, and collection and analyzing procurement data. Strong knowledge in production materials and material costing.

Others: Living in Depok area would be preferable.

IT SUPERVISOR


Responsibilities
  1. Manage activity of IT Section
  2. Maintain the operation of IT system efficiently
  3. Liaise with HQ and other overseas group companies to setup the Information Security System as well as updating the present IT system, conduct information security awareness training to staff
  4. Manage network connection between Head Office (HO) and Branches.
  5. Setup SOPs related to IT infrastructure in Head Office and branches
  6. Manage IT inventory and record, renew license or certification related to IT
  7. Manage and monitor IT budget and investment for reporting to HQ procurement
  8. Manage operating system and third-party software for servers and clients.
  9. Update IT policy and refer to government regulations
  10. Manage company’s official website according to HQ policy
  11. Evaluate the performance of subordinates and set expectations for the desired performance level in accordance to the Company’s performance management system.
  12. Other duties related to IT as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:
  1. Male, maximum 35 years of age
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions and business writing with others.
  3. Ability to identify priority tasks, anticipate implications and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
  4. Must be able to travel both domestic and overseas on short notice.
  5. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science.
  6. Minimum 5 years’ related working experience in a similar position, including 2 years’ experience at a supervisor level.
  7. Fluent in English both written and spoken, able to speak Japanese is a plus
  8. Have an experience in organizing and leading a team.
  9. Familiar with Indonesian IT regulation as well as international regulation
  10. Prior experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.
  11. Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
