Sale Stock's mission is giving access to affordable, quality clothes to the next billion of people. Product development in Sale Stock spans from sourcing process, clothing production, warehouse and delivery fulfilment, finance, customer service, marketing and store front web/app.

Tax Supervisor

Location : BSD, Tangerang

 
Detail Task Include
  1. Assist all new joiner of Sale Stock to get Tax Id and EFIN
  2. Prepares state, local and special tax returns by collecting, analyzing, and formatting financial information
  3. Prepares tax financial management information, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
  4. Responsible for preparation and timely submission of tax reports, preparation of tax financial management information, maintaining a high level of efficiency to ensure compliance with Indonesia tax regulation
  5. Manage tax disputes, tax audits and relationships with local tax authorities
  6. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops or classes; reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
  7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects.
  8. Minimize of tax liability through good tax planning and management by identifying company specific tax issues and planning to ensure appropriate savings in tax.
  9. Review and submit all statutory tax obligations, annual tax returns and tax computations within the required time limits and ensure that all tax queries and issues are dealt within a timely manner.
  10. Promptly clear outstanding tax backlog and update tax record and solving disputes on all tax and duties (withholding tax, VAT, corporate tax, real property gains tax, stamps duties, customs duties, etc.) with various authorities.
  11. Aim for zero tax penalty , analyze and report fund movement.
  12. Daily, Monthly, Yearly reporting to Management and Tax Authorities
  13. Updating Tax regulation and give necessary advice for the management to comply with the newest tax regulation

General Requirements :
  1. Must possess at least Bachelor degree from recognized university majoring in Accounting/Finance/Tax/Fiscal.
  2. Having minimum 2 years as tax supervisor.
  3. Hold a Certified National Tax Consultant issued by IKPI (Brevet A & B) is preferred.
  4. Must be hands on in solving problem and avoid short cut and short-term solutions.
  5. Must be strong in detail and number crunching.
  6. Possess good knowledge of Tax.
  7. Knowledge/experience with Accounting/Financial software (SAP).
  8. English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
  9. Familiar with ecommerce / retail business
  10. Able to work under pressure

Payroll Officer    

Location : BSD, Tangerang    

Responsibilities:
  1. Mengurus agreement PKWT/PKWTT dan offering letter karyawan join, send agreement/offering letter ke new join
  2. Mengurus administrasi karyawan di BPJS Kesehatan dan Tenagakerjaan (pendaftaran dan penonaktifan karyawan)
  3. Mobile ke BPJS Kesehatan dan Tenagakerjaan (1 bulan 2 kali), kunjungan untuk pengurusan data dan pickup kartu
  4. Check medical reimbursement dan asuransi
  5. Rekap plafond medical reimbursement dan cek limit plafond
  6. Mempersiapkan database payroll untuk sistem payroll
  7. Koordinasi dengan People Ops/HR
  8. Membuat Nomor Induk Karyawan
  9. Menghitung lembur, cek absensi
  10. Mempersiapkan report payroll


Requirements:
  1. Expert Ms.Excell (60-70%)
  2. Communicative
  3. Experience min. 1-2 years, HR or Payroll Officer
  4. Teliti dan Jujur
  5. Familiar with Payroll System
