To strengthen our Applications Team in the Medical Business Group in Indonesia Jakarta,
We are seeking an

Application Specialist

Your job
  1. Provide application training and application support to internal and external Customers
  2. Support users in the Operating & Clinic Room on the use of ZEISS medical equipment and provide first level technical support
  3. Provide technical sales assistance in presentations, configuration selections and refractive solutions
  4. Liaise with sales team for demonstrations, seminars, workshops and trainings on our equipment’s
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans for the region

Our requirements
  1. Degree Electronics / Biomedical Engineering / Chemical Engineering
  2. At least 2 years working experience, preferably in the Ophthalmology field Application focused with excellent team and interpersonal skills
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  4. Strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills
  5. Good communication and presentation skills
  6. Good command of spoken and written English
  7. Willing to travel frequently

Marketing Executive

Your job
  1. Responsible for promotional and marketing activities for ZEISS Surgical Products (consumables and medical equipment’s)
  2. Conduct product presentations and trainings to customers
  3. Support users in the operating theatre on the use of ZEISS equipment’s  and provide first level technical support for doctors
  4. Liaise effectively with team members, distributors and support staff for quality product demonstrations, trainings, seminars and workshops
  5. Regular visits to existing and prospective customers independently, and with distributors to build strong relationships

Our requirements
  1. Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or any related fields
  2. At least  2 to 3 years’ experience in a marketing environment in medical equipment industry
  3. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  4. Experienced in visiting operation theatre and comfortable in discussions with doctors Strong interpersonal skills
  5. Strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills Good command of spoken and written English
  6. Willing to travel frequently

Service Engineer (Medical)

Your job
  1. Provide repair, installation, calibration, commissioning and after sales maintenance service to customers
  2. Provide technical support for sales promotional activities
  3. Assist in planning and execution of service contracts and customer service billing
  4. Ensure high standards of customer care

Our requirements
  1. University Degree in Electronics Engineering
  2. Minimum 2 ­3 years of experience in the Medical equipment or related industry.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  4. Strong analytical thinking on electronics and mechanical.
  5. Excellent IT knowledge in computer hardware, operating system and disk backup software, especially with networking is a must
  6. Sound ability to troubleshoot and repair PCs
  7. A good team player
  8. Good command of written and spoken English

 Administrative Assistant

Your job
 
General Administration:
In charge of full office, administration including but not limited to:
  1. General upkeep of the front office and meeting room facilities
  2. Order stationery and groceries (i.e: Refreshments like tea, mineral water, coffee)
  3. Involve in Insurance matters
  4. Filing of admin documents
  5. Attending to office maintenance problems
  6. Collection of daily mail and newspaper, opening of mail and the general distribution of mail and incoming faxes
  7. Updating forms, telephone directory
  8. Attending to visitors / guests

Finance Support
  1. Prepare the documentation (invoices) for PPh Pasal 15, 23, 4(2)
  2. Finance report
  3. Assist in AR collection and overdue to Business Partner, with consultation from Chief Representative
  4. Handle the payment for suppliers
  5. Handle office petty cash
  6. Create voucher for payment report
  7. Assisting in identification of telephone and consignment notes and miscellaneous invoices for payment
  8. Arranging for cheques distribution and arranging payment of utilities bills

Logistics Support
  1. Cooperation with EKUC
Provide assistance to Chief Representative (back up when HR & Admin Executive is not in office)

Assisting in the coordination of exhibitions, events for the different divisions as and when requested (back up when HR & Admin Executive is not in office)

Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management


Our requirements
  1. Degree in Accounting
  2. At least 1-year experience in general office administration
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  4. Good organizing and planning skill
  5. Pleasant personality and proactive mindset
  6. Good interpersonal skill
  7. Good command of written  and spoken English
  8. Process oriented
  9. Great team plater and able to work with colleagues from different departments and countries
